As a health coach, I take a holistic approach to helping you release your victim and reclaim your health and happiness using simple 10-minute self-love practices. 

My personal transformation began after getting sober in 2011. After 10 years of severely destructive drinking and a near death experience, I not only reclaimed my physical health but experienced a profound spiritual and mindset shift that enabled me to keep moving forward. From there, my passion for natural health and the mind-body connection grew into a health and lifestyle coaching practice that incorporates: 

  1. Mindfulness practices that move us toward transformation
  2. Simple lifestyle habits that help to nourish us from the inside out.
  3. Natural health alternatives to support is emotionally and physically throughout the healing process.
