my coaching focuses on:
1) Education: My program is designed to bring mindfulness into your daily life and to help you create healthy habits that stick. Your body will always match up to where your mindset is, so this education and consistent practice is KEY for lifelong transformation!
2) Coach: I will be your guide on this journey beyond the stress, anger, grief and guilt that comes with being a caregiver as you take your first steps towards reclaiming your well-being and happiness. I am not a medical doctor, psychologist or nutritionist, but a trained health coach who can offer you valuable tools that will help you get back on track, starting with just 10 minutes a day.

3) Community: I offer a community of peers where you can share experiences, hear transformational stories to keep you inspired and gain inspiration along your journey to help keep you going and feeling supported. I commit my clients to spending some time daily on mindset. Being accountable is key. I'd love to be that person for you.
